Blair Browning, MA, LPCC, is a counselor who brings humor, warmth, and a deep respect for authenticity into her work. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado, Blair combines evidence-based approaches like brainspotting, mindfulness, CBT, and somatic techniques to help clients connect with their emotions, navigate challenges, and discover their inner strength. She believes that healing happens when we create a space where all parts of ourselves are welcome—messy, beautiful, and everything in between. And yes, it’s okay to laugh along the way!
Through her own journey of trauma, hardship, and self-reinvention, Blair developed a passion for helping clients traverse trauma and mental health challenges. She works with people 16 and up, highly sensitive individuals, and those navigating social anxiety, self-esteem issues, or life and relationship transitions. Blair is especially passionate about supporting clients through existential crises and non-religious spiritual awakenings, offering a compassionate, grounded presence during times of profound change. As a proponent of psychedelic integration therapy, she provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to process transformative experiences and uncover personal growth.
Originally from North Carolina, Blair found her own healing in the Rocky Mountains and now draws inspiration from their grounding energy. With a background in the arts and nonprofit leadership, she brings creativity and a dynamic perspective to her work. Whether tackling tough emotions or finding moments of joy in the process, Blair is dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their values, build resilience, and create a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
