I was born in Las Vegas, NV, but I spent most of my life in Texas, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University. My passion for understanding the human mind led me to pursue not just one, but three master’s degrees! I first earned a Master’s in Military Psychology from Adler University, focusing on PTSD and Military Sexual Trauma (MST). Then, I completed a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno, and most recently, I added a third Master’s in General Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

Most of my career has been spent in correctional settings, working with adults struggling with severe mental illness and PTSD. More recently, I transitioned to working with teens in residential treatment programs in Southern Utah. I specialize in helping adolescents who have experienced trauma and have advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Brainspotting. I’m passionate about making a difference in my clients’ lives and bringing energy, expertise, and compassion to every session.
